目的:分析和比较九管血叶与根挥发油的化学成分。方法:水蒸气蒸馏法提取九管血叶和根的挥发油,GC-MS法分析和鉴定其化学成分。结果:从其叶和根中分别鉴定出了38种(占挥发油总量的65.952%)和46种(占挥发油总量的54.890%)成分。其中叶的挥发油主要成分为:棕榈酸(43.329%)、植酮(2.430%)、植醇(3.142%)等;根的挥发油主要成分为二氢白菖考烯(2.913%)、顺-α-甜没药烯(5.222%)、γ-衣兰油烯(14.227%)、石竹烯(11.592%)等。结论:九管血叶和根挥发油的主要成分和含量均有差异,在入药时应区别对待。
Objective: To analyze and compare the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from the leaves and roots of the nine leaves. Methods: The essential oils of nine leaves and roots were extracted by steam distillation. The chemical constituents were analyzed and identified by GC-MS. Results: 38 (accounting for 65.952% of total volatile oil) and 46 (54.890% of total volatile oil) components were identified from their leaves and roots. The main constituents of the volatile oil in leaves were: palmitic acid (43.329%), phytosterone (2.430%), phytol (3.142%), etc.; the main component of the essential oil of the root was dihydro-phthalamycol (2.913%), cis-α - Sweet borerene (5.222%), γ-lelandane (14.227%), caryophyllene (11.592%) and the like. Conclusion: The main components and contents of volatile oil in the nine leaves of the nine leaves and roots are different, and they should be treated differently when used as medicine.
