从今年1月中旬开始,我省第一批先进性教育活动在县以上党政机关和部分企事业单位开展。总的来看,我省第一批先进性教育活动紧紧抓住学习实践“三个代表”重要思想这条主线,认真把握“取得实效”、“成为群众满意工程”的要求,围绕中心,服务大局,切实做到“六个贯彻始终”,指导思想明确,工作扎实,措施有力,取得了明显成效,得到了广大党员、群众的拥护和好评,为搞好第二、第三批先进性教育活动提供了有益借鉴,为加强和改进新时期党的建设工作积累了重要经验。根据中央的部署、省委确定,我省第二批先进性教育活动从今年7月开始,到12月底基本结束。全省各级党组织如广大党员要充分认识搞好第二批先进性教育活动的重要性和艰巨性,切实增强做好工作的责任感和使命感,按照中央的部署和省委的要求,在第一批先进性教育活动开展的基础上,把握有利条件,进一步统一思想,坚定信心,加强领导,扎实工作,下最大的决心、尽最大的努力,扎扎实实地搞好第二批先进性教育活动,确保取得实效、成为群众满意工程,为全面建设小康社会、努力实现我省经济社会发展的历史性跨越提供坚强的政治保证和组织保证。
