目的通过检测急性脑梗死(ACI)患者在低频超声治疗仪治疗前后不同时段血浆中D-二聚体及血脂含量的动态变化规律,探讨血生化指标的表达与超声波治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效和预后的相关性。方法将100例发病24 h内入院治疗的急性脑梗死患者随机分为常规组与综合组,每组50例。两组患者均接受神经内科常规药物治疗,综合组同时给予低频超声波治疗,应用免疫比浊双抗体夹心法及生化分析仪测定两组治疗前后血D-二聚体和血脂含量,评价入院时、入院后14 d的临床神经功能缺损程度,观察其生化指标的变化和临床疗效的差异。结果治疗14 d后,两组患者主要生化指标均有变化。综合组D-二聚体、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇较常规组下降更明显(P<0.05),综合组总有效率明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低频超声辅助尿激酶溶栓治疗可明显减低急性脑梗死患者的血浆D-二聚体及纤维蛋白含量,改善神经功能缺损程度。
Objective To detect the dynamic changes of plasma D-dimer and blood lipid levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI) before and after treatment with low-frequency ultrasound, and to explore the clinical efficacy of ultrasound in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction Correlation of prognosis. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to hospital within 24 hours after onset were randomly divided into routine group and comprehensive group, 50 cases in each group. Two groups of patients received routine medical treatment of neurology, combined with low-frequency ultrasound treatment at the same time, the application of immune turbidimetric double antibody sandwich method and biochemical analyzer determination of blood D-dimer and blood lipid levels before and after treatment, evaluation of admission, On the 14th day after admission, the degree of clinical neurological deficit was observed. The changes of biochemical indexes and clinical efficacy were observed. Results After 14 days of treatment, the main biochemical indexes changed in both groups. Total D-dimer, total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol decreased more significantly than the conventional group (P <0.05), and the total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group (P <0.05). Conclusion Low-frequency ultrasound-assisted urokinase thrombolytic therapy can significantly reduce plasma D-dimer and fibrin levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction and improve the degree of neurological deficits.
