本文就西部农业高校图书馆在西部大开发中强化信息开发服务的优势与障碍进行了简要分析,针对当前现状与要求提出了建立图书馆“矩阵式”的管理体制。
This paper briefly analyzes the advantages and obstacles of western agricultural university libraries in strengthening the development of information services in the western development and proposes a “matrix” management system based on the current situation and requirements.
