采用微量细胞病变抑制法检测了25例流行性乙型脑炎患者血液及脑脊液中的干扰素水平。结果表明,急性期血液及脑脊液中的干扰素水平明显增高,且一直持续到恢复期。提示流行性乙型脑炎病毒感染机体可产生内源性干扰素,并在流行性乙型脑炎的初熟期及极期抗病毒感染中起重要作用。
The levels of interferon in the blood and cerebrospinal fluid of 25 patients with Japanese encephalitis (JE) were tested using the method of microcytopathy inhibition. The results showed that acute phase of blood and cerebrospinal fluid interferon levels were significantly increased, and continued until the recovery period. The results suggest that the infection of the human body with Japanese encephalitis virus can produce endogenous interferon, and plays an important role in the early maturation and extreme antiviral infection of Japanese encephalitis.
