为了解决我国O形橡胶圈测量工具的不足,为O形橡胶圈提供简便的测量工具,广州机床研究所研制成功三种测量工具,其中量程可达φ45~500毫米的吉山OLH—Ⅱ型回转式O形圈直径测量仪,读数精度为0.02毫米,重复性标准误差0.02毫米,测量标准位误差0.04毫米,可作φ50毫米以下小规格测量的吉山OLZ—Ⅱ型O形圈直径测量锥捧,刻线精度0.1毫米,重复性误差不大于0.01毫米,测量误差不大于±0.02毫米以及可作轴向及径向测量的吉山OLB型O形圈截面测量百分表,其读数精度0.01毫米,重复性误差不大于±0.01毫米,测量误差不大于±0.025毫米。一九七八年三月,在广州由广东省一机局组织对上述测量工具的鉴定,参加鉴定的有:国家标准计量局、一机部计划局、矿山局、石化部橡胶组、石化部石油化工科学研究院、一机部标准化所、上海机电设计院、北京橡胶工业研究所、西北橡胶研究所、铁岭橡胶工业研究所、一机部机械院自动化研究所、广州机床研究所等45个单位,共58名代表。与会代表一致认为:这三种测量工具结构简单、精度可靠,能满足O形橡胶圈的大小不同规格的内径和断面直径的测量,特别是解决了大(万)工镜不能测量大规格产品的问题,为O形橡胶圈提供了切实可行的测量工具,可以推广使用。现将这三种测量工具与测量方法介绍给读者,以供参考。
