将资本预算和项目评价中的净现值方法及两期模型应用于房地产投资与经营决策过程 ,可得出项目投资的净现值决策准则、项目经营方式选择的净现值决策准则及项目销售时机选择的净现值决策准则。本文结论旨在帮助房地产开发经销商进行项目和企业经营的宏观决策。
