本病目前尚缺乏疗效好、副作用少的治疗方法。我们于1985年10月至1988年1月采用隔日顿服大剂量强的松治疗内分泌浸润性突眼12例,取得显著效果。现报告如下。临床资料一、一般资料:本组12例中男7例,女5例;年龄19～54岁,病程6个月～2年。均经吸~(131)I率、血清TT_3、TT_4、TSH等测定,眼眶摄片或B超检查除外眶内球后占位性病变。12例中甲亢~(131)I治疗后症状部份缓解者5例,抗甲亢药治疗后缓解2例,疗程中~(131)I治疗1例,~(131)I治疗后甲减1例,甲状腺功能正常3
