胰腺内分泌肿瘤可源自胰岛细胞,也可发生于胰小管上皮。Pearse认为胰岛、胃肠道、肺、甲状腺(滤泡旁细胞)及肾上腺髓质的内分泌细胞均起源于神经外胚层神经脊,都具有能摄取胺的前体,脱去其羧基而产生肽类激素及生物胺,称为APUD细胞(Amine precusor uptakeand decarboxylation)。1974年Fujita等提出旁神经元(Paraneuron)理论,认为中枢及周围神经细胞与胃肠—胰内分泌细胞等皆源自神经外胚层,皆能产生肽类激素及生物胺。故胰腺肿瘤出现别的激素症状时就不宜不加判别地称为异位内分泌综合征。
Pancreatic endocrine tumors can be derived from islet cells, can also occur in the pancreatic epithelium. Pearse believes that endocrine cells in the islet, gastrointestinal tract, lung, thyroid (parafollicular cells), and adrenal medulla originate from neurogenic ridges of the neuroectoderm, all of which have precursors that can take up amines and take off their carboxyl groups to produce peptides Hormones and biogenic amines, called APUD cells (Amine precusor uptake and decarboxylation). In 1974, Fujita et al. Proposed the Paraneuron theory that the central and peripheral nerve cells and the gastrointestinal-pancreatic endocrine cells are all derived from neuroectoderm, which can produce peptide hormones and biogenic amines. Therefore, the emergence of other hormonal symptoms of pancreatic tumors should not indiscriminately be called ectopic endocrine syndrome.
