随着科学技术的不断进步,社会发展已经进入信息时代,信息系统的应用越来越加广泛。在医院人力资源管理当中,信息系统的建设可以有效解决传统人力资源管理的诸多不足,也带来了新的管理模式,提高管理新模式应用水平就尤为重要。本文就在分析医院传统人力资源管理问题的基础上,探索了以信息系统为依托的医院人力资源管理新模式应用途径,为实际工作提供有效指导。
With the continuous progress of science and technology, social development has entered the information age, and the application of information system is more and more extensive. Among the hospital human resources management, the construction of information system can effectively solve many shortcomings of traditional human resources management as well as bring about new management modes. It is especially important to improve the application level of new management modes. Based on the analysis of traditional human resources management in hospitals, this paper explores the application of new models of human resources management based on information system in hospitals and provides effective guidance for practical work.
