我国各类的社会建设项目在不断的完善,其中市区道路的养护工作受到了人们群众的重视。随着我国经济水平的发展,道路建设工作也在不断的进行完善,市区道路的情况直接影响到了人们的日常出行,因此科学合理的对市区道路进行养护是十分重要的一项工作。市区道路养护单位的管理制度在不断的更新,对单位内部职工的思想政治教育工作也一直在完善,如今市区道路的养护工作面临着新的挑战,本文对于如何让市区道路的思想政治工作发挥其政治作用进行了探究,并且为思想政治工作的创新与发展提出了一些建议。
