通过对山西省武术队营养状况的调查,说明男队员摄入热能偏高,女队员摄入热能偏低。蛋白质摄入量基本达到供给量标准的要求,且质量较好。男队员脂肪量偏高,而VA的摄入量较低;女队员钙、VA、B_1和B_2的摄量低于需要量标准。血清总蛋白、红细胞和血红蛋白男女队员均正常范围内。维生素B_1、B_2、PP和C负荷试验说明,B_1、B_2和pp大部分男女队员呈不足或缺乏状态,故应提高这几种维生素的摄入量。
Through the investigation of the nutritional status of Wushu teams in Shanxi Province, it shows that male team members consume high heat energy and women team members consume low heat energy. Protein intake basically meet the requirements of supply standards, and the quality is better. Male players had higher fat mass and lower VA intake, while female players’ calcium, VA, B_1 and B_2 were lower than requirement. Serum total protein, red blood cells and hemoglobin male and female team members were within the normal range. Vitamin B_1, B_2, PP and C stress tests showed that the majority of B_1, B_2 and pp male and female team members were deficient or lack of status, it should increase the intake of these types of vitamins.
