(摘自金正均:医学试验设计原理,96~97页,上海科技出版社,上海,1964。)这里仅将各主要统计方法的应用加以介绍。[定性资料]是用绝对比或百分比表达的资料。欲知两组差别是否显著,可用t法,或x~2试验。关于x~2试验在医学中的应用,历来有不少人推荐(E. Greeuwood: JAMA 143:1260, 1950. Hawkins: JAMA 175:236,1961.)。这个方法较不灵敏,所以能达5 % 的显著水平便够了。个体数很少的定性资料难于比较,一般可用

Qualitative data is data expressed in absolute ratios or percentages. To know if the difference between the two groups is significant, t-test or x~2 test can be used.
