血压药理研究是医药界的一个重要研究课题。某种药物对血压升降作用的评价,往往需要进行若干次试验,反复测量被测对象用药前后血压的变化。血压变化是通过计算该药升压或降压面积的百分比来衡量的。在以往的实验中,大都使用普通的人工测量方法,不能对被测对象血压的药物反应过程进行数值测量,更不能测得其升压或降压的面积比,同时数据处理费力费时,误差也较大,因而往往不能客观地评价药物的优劣。
