同步开关电路是为无损伤倒换设置的，具有帧同步检测、时延调节和比特合成等功能。利用ｉｓｐＬＳＩ和厚膜电路实现了电路的集成。以及在使用ｉｓｐＬＳＩ中本人的几点体会。
