针对突出煤层碎煤多、煤层软的特点,提出通过压注固化液的方式加固煤体、封堵瓦斯解析通道以减少或消除突出.以水泥和聚合物乳液复配成复合浆液,突破了已有煤体注浆材料的局限.通过实验室实验,对复合浆液的材料配比和固结体的力学强度、干缩性、密实性、保水性和黏度进行测试.选择实验效果最佳的配比进行煤粒加固,经测试,凝聚的煤粒具有良好的强度、加固效果明显.这种复合浆液用于煤体加固,具有黏结性能好、加固能力强、材料成本低和无污染等特点.
