本文认为物质—经济、人—国民、文化—制度与社会存在着一种互动关系,社会发展与人格转型以及青少年的教育也存在着一种相应的联动关系。现代社会是公共社会,也是风险社会,现代国民素质教育的定位决定了青少年教育的重心,我们应在对青少年影响最大的日常生活,特别是网络生活中,培养青少年以独立人格为核心的现代国民素质,进而实现“物—人—文化—社会”的良性的、可持续的互动发展。
This paper argues that there is an interactive relationship between material-economy, people-nationality, culture-system and society. There is also a corresponding linkage between social development and personality transformation as well as adolescent education. Modern society is a public society as well as a risk society. The orientation of modern national quality education determines the center of gravity of youth education. We should cultivate modern nationals with adolescent independence as their core in daily life, which is most influential to young people, especially in online life Quality, and then realize the benign and sustainable interactive development of “things - people - culture - society”.
