孤独症学生语言发展的一点体会

孤独症是一种发生于学生早期的较为严重的精神障碍,它严重影响到学生的感知、语言、情感,尤其是社会交往等多种功能发展。“极度自我封闭”和“强烈保持原样不变”是孤独症的两个主要症状。一、个案简介我们班有一个方同学,男,12岁,经过一段时间的观察,我发现他存在以下几方面特征:1.在语言发展方面:他说话结巴,说话时总是伸出舌头,没有主动和别人说话的意图。他不会把语言作为与人交流的工具,而且不会正视着与他人对话。2.在行为表现方面:他不愿意跟别人对视,他对按顺序记忆非常强,却缺乏与具体的现实生活的联系。他听到有节奏的音乐会很专注,看到快速的画面变动,就会聚精会神眼睛紧紧盯住闪烁的银幕。 Autism is a more serious mental disorder that occurs in early students, which seriously affects many functional development such as students’ perception, language, emotion, especially social interaction. “Extremely self-contained” and “Strongly intact” are the two main symptoms of autism.
