为了解江苏省泰兴市不同小麦品种以及不同乡镇间种植小麦品种的产量情况,在小麦乳熟末期,随机测定了全市21个乡镇310个村9个小麦品种的单位面积穗数、每穗粒数,并估算了理论产量。结果表明,2009年全市小麦理论产量为6 663.6 kg/hm2,宁麦13和扬麦16产量较高,分别为6 994.5和6 987.5 kg/hm2,比全市平均理论产量分别高26.1%和24.4%,均达极显著水平。不同乡镇间产量变幅为5 435.1~8 404.7 kg/hm2,元竹镇和泰兴镇的理论产量最高,均超过8 250 kg/hm2。全市310个村小麦理论产量分布范围接近于正态分布,扬麦16、宁麦13和华麦2号3个品种在8个村的理论产量均超过9 000 kg/hm2。
