目的提高穿刺针清洗质量,避免针刺伤职业暴露的发生。方法将临床使用过的穿刺针分为对照组和试验组,分别采用传统方法和改良方法进行清洗。采用带光源放大镜目测法及蛋白残留测试法对穿刺针清洗效果进行评价。结果对照组放大镜检测洁净度合格率为89%、蛋白残留测试合格率为95%。试验组放大镜检测洁净度合格率为98%,蛋白残留测试合格率为100%。结论改进后的清洗流程提高了穿刺针的清洗合格率。
Objective To improve the quality of needle cleaning to avoid occupational exposure to acupuncture. Methods The puncture needles used in clinic were divided into control group and experimental group, respectively, using traditional methods and improved methods for cleaning. Using a magnifying glass with a light source visual inspection and protein residue test method to evaluate the effect of the puncture needle cleaning. Results In the control group, the qualified rate of magnifying glass detection and cleanliness was 89% and the pass rate of protein residue test was 95%. The test group magnifying glass test cleanliness pass rate of 98%, protein residue test pass rate of 100%. Conclusion The improved cleaning process improves the cleaning pass rate of the puncture needle.
