目的:分析新生儿重症监护室院内感染防治护理措施。方法:选择2013年5月至2015年5月该院重症监护室收治的230例新生儿作为研究对象,230例新生儿在重症监护室经过感染防治护理措施,分析防治护理结果。结果:230例新生儿在重症监护室经过治疗和护理,有18例受到院内感染,18例新生儿院内感染均得到了有效的控制,有1例患儿死亡,死因为呼吸功能衰竭。结论:新生儿在重症监护室要实施有效的院内感染防治护理措施,可以有效预防院内感染发生,减少感染发生率,缩短患儿的住院时间,值得推广应用。
Objective: To analyze the nursing measures of nosocomial infection in neonatal intensive care unit. Methods: From May 2013 to May 2015, 230 newborns admitted to intensive care unit of the hospital were selected as research objects. 230 newborns were treated in intensive care unit for infection prevention and treatment, and the results of prevention and treatment were analyzed. Results: 230 newborns were treated and nursed in the intensive care unit. Eighteen cases were infected with nosocomial infection. Eighteen cases of nosocomial infection were effectively controlled. One case died of respiratory failure. Conclusion: Neonates should take effective nosocomial infection prevention and control measures in intensive care unit, which can effectively prevent nosocomial infection, reduce the incidence of infection and shorten the hospitalization time of children. It is worth popularizing and applying.
