如何评价林地斑块(小班)边界定位(勾绘)质量,是很多林业检查、验收工作遇到的问题。现行做法只采用面积精度一个指标进行评定,不能反映斑块边界空间定位的准确性。为此,文中分析了斑块边界定位情况,定义了斑块空间平面定位精度的指标——斑块重叠率,并给出了计算方法。该指标与面积精度指标联合应用,可全面、准确地衡量小班勾绘的质量情况。通过案例分析,认为在森林资源规划设计调查小班质量检查中,斑块重叠率达到85%以上即可。
How to evaluate the quality of woodland patch (small class) border positioning (hook painting) is a problem encountered by many forestry inspection and acceptance work. The current practice only uses an index of area accuracy to evaluate, which can not reflect the accuracy of the spatial positioning of the plaque boundary. Therefore, this paper analyzes the location of plaque boundary, defines the index of plane plaque positioning accuracy - plaque overlap rate, and gives the calculation method. The index and the accuracy of the joint application of the area can be a comprehensive and accurate measure of the quality of small groups outlined. Through case analysis, it is considered that the plaque overlap rate can reach more than 85% in the quality inspection of small-scale forest resources planning and design survey.
