当前,随着世界经济化进程的不断加快,人们对资源的过度开采、对建筑的肆意建造,致使地震灾害的出现愈加频繁。为减少灾难出现时人们的财产损失、保障人民的安全,各国对所建造的工程都进行了一定的抗震规范要求。作为建筑工程中占很大比重的公路桥梁建设,也制定了诸多的抗震设计规范,以用来规避地震灾害所带来的风险。本文提出了国内外桥梁抗震设计规范的发展概况,并有针对性的分析了各国抗震设计规范上的相同与不同之处,进而结合中国实际国情,针对中国在公路桥梁抗震设计规范中存在的问题,阐述了较为合理的改进措施。旨在为中国公路桥梁抗震设计规范的逐步健全和完善,做出自己的贡献。
At present, as the process of economic globalization continues to accelerate, over-exploitation of resources and wanton construction of buildings have led to the emergence of earthquake-related disasters. In order to reduce people’s property loss in the event of a disaster and ensure the safety of the people, all countries have carried out certain seismic code requirements on the construction projects. As a major part of the construction of highway bridges and bridges, also developed a lot of seismic design specifications to be used to avoid the risks posed by the earthquake disaster. This paper presents a general overview of seismic design codes for bridges at home and abroad, and analyzes the similarities and differences between seismic design codes in different countries. In the light of China’s actual conditions, aiming at the existing problems in China’s seismic design codes for highway bridges , Elaborated a more reasonable improvement measures. The aim is to make its own contribution to the gradual improvement and perfection of the seismic design code for highway bridges in China.
