目的 探讨原癌基因C -Fos蛋白的表达及其与不同程度、不同时间的脑震荡性损伤的关系 ,寻找脑震荡后法医病理学的诊断依据。方法 84只实验大鼠随机分为震荡组和对照组 ,用免疫组化SABC法观察大鼠脑震荡后脑内C -Fos蛋白表达的变化规律。结果 对照组大鼠未见C -Fos蛋白的表达 ;脑震荡组损伤后 15min即可在神经细胞内观察到C -Fos蛋白的表达 ,随着损伤后时间的延长 ,表达含C -Fos蛋白的细胞数及范围逐渐扩大 ,损伤后 6h表达达高峰 ,直至损伤后 96h均有大量的C -Fos蛋白表达。结论 C -Fos原癌基因的检测可成为诊断脑震荡和推断脑震荡后经过时间的一项敏感指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of proto-oncogene C-Fos protein and its relationship with concussion injury at different degrees and different times, and to find the basis of forensic pathology diagnosis after concussion. Methods Eighty-four experimental rats were randomly divided into sham group and control group. The expression of C-Fos protein in brain was observed by immunohistochemical SABC method. Results The expression of C-Fos protein was not found in the control group. The expression of C-Fos protein was observed in neurons within 15 minutes after injury in concussion group. The expression of C-Fos protein The number of cells and the range gradually expanded, reached the peak expression 6h after injury, until 96h after injury have a large number of C-Fos protein expression. Conclusion The detection of C-Fos proto-oncogene may become a sensitive indicator to diagnose concussion and to estimate the elapsed time after concussion.
