1病例介绍患者男,23岁,因“发热伴皮肤多发硬结3个月”于2011年6月5日入院。入院前3个月,患者无明显诱因出现发热,体温最高40℃,皮肤硬结最初出现在左侧面部,为黄豆大小,后逐渐长大,伴明显压痛,随后出现脐右侧皮肤硬结,表现同面部硬结,当地医院抗感染治疗无效就诊于我院门诊。行左面部皮肤及皮下组织病理活检提示:脂膜炎改变?考虑诊断结节性脂膜炎?给予泼尼松片30 mg/d及环孢素A 75 mg/d口服治疗,症状控制不佳,2个月前,左上臂及腰腹部皮肤出现新发包块入住我院。
