采用从桐油自制的桐酸甲酯酸酐MEA和1,4-丁二醇反应,制备了桐油基多元醇TBPO,并进一步以TBPO、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和二羟甲基丙酸为原料,制备了桐油基水性聚氨酯乳液。采用红外光谱仪对MEA、TBPO和水性聚氨酯进行了表征,验证了产物的结构与预测相符,对水性聚氨酯的热性能及乳胶粒直径及分布进行了表征。结果表明,以桐酸甲酯酸酐为原料可以制备具有耐热性好、粒径分布窄的水性聚氨酯乳液,该水性桐油基聚氨酯可用作水性涂料。
The tung oil-based polyol TBPO was prepared by the reaction of eleostearic acid methyl ester anhydride MEA and 1,4-butanediol from tung oil, and further TBBO, isophorone diisocyanate and dimethylol propionic acid were used as raw materials, A tung oil based aqueous polyurethane emulsion was prepared. The structures of MEA, TBPO and waterborne polyurethane were characterized by IR spectroscopy. The results confirmed that the structure of the product was consistent with the prediction. The thermal properties and the diameter and distribution of latex were characterized. The results show that the aqueous polyurethane emulsion with good heat resistance and narrow particle size distribution can be prepared from the acid methyl ester anhydride, and the water-based tung oil-based polyurethane can be used as an aqueous paint.
