通过对文献资料法、访问调查法、录像观察统计法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等对攻击性防守理论研究进行总结,并通过观看2010年世界男篮锦标赛8强的比赛录像,记录并分析各种攻击性防守在篮球比赛中的应用情况。最终在总结了攻击性防守的特点及作用的基础上,分析了攻击性防守在比赛中运用的目的、时机和形式,明确了提高攻击性防守成功率的要求,并据此提出了相关建议。
