目的探索方便、准确、有效的查验接种证的方法。方法在儿童预防接种信息管理系统基础上开发网络查验接种证模块,通过查询提取儿童接种信息,根据国家免疫规划疫苗接种程序设定查验标准,自动生成查验和统计分析结果,并可导出至Excel。将2012年应用结果与2011年查验接种证报表结果进行对比。结果 2012年共查验儿童60 559人,通过网络查验模块统计出查验通过儿童数及分疫苗统计的漏种、补种剂次数。查验通过率为81.40%,检出漏种比为2011年的4.57倍,补种总剂次数为2011年的1.49倍。结论网络查验接种证操作简单,查验结果准确,实时统计功能方便了数据汇总和信息沟通,其应用提高了查验接种证工作漏种剂次检出比,提高了补种剂次数。
Objective To explore a convenient, accurate and effective method of checking vaccination certificates. Methods Based on the information system of vaccination in children, a network verification vaccination card module was developed. The information of children vaccination was extracted through inquiring and the testing standards were set up according to the vaccination program of the national immunization program. Results of verification and statistical analysis were automatically generated and exported to Excel. The application of the results of 2012 and 2011 vaccination certificate comparison results. Results A total of 60 559 children were checked out in 2012, and the numbers of missed eggs and seeding agents were counted by the number of children and the vaccine by the network inspection module. The inspection and acceptance rate was 81.40%, the missed detection ratio was 4.57 times that of 2011, and the total number of replanting seeds was 1.49 times of that in 2011. Conclusion The networked vaccination certificate is easy to operate and the test result is accurate. The real-time statistical function facilitates the data summary and information communication. The application of the networked verification vaccination certificate increases the detection ratio of missed reagent and increases the number of replanting agent.
