从主编的角色出发,提出主编在终审中应有的问题意识,包括终审稿件时的查新问题、政治质量问题、学术质量问题和栏目分布问题;因局部意识、分散意识、疲劳意识导致的漏审、误审问题。并从改进终审工作的愿景出发,倡导在终审工作中预设问题,快捷捕捉主要目标;反恩问题,准确诊断终审差错;问题论辩,不断拓展终审内涵的工作思路。
