目的:探讨加强影像科质量控制的方法。方法:对浙江省金华市中心医院放射科的影像诊断质量控制方法进行研究。结果:加强医疗工作、教学工作及人才管理才是加强影像科质量控制的核心。结论:医院影像科需强化管理制度,管理者要及时学习先进的管理方法及理念,只有这样,才能适应医院整体的发展需求。
Objective: To explore ways to enhance the quality control of imaging department. Methods: The quality control methods of radiological diagnosis of radiology in Jinhua Central Hospital of Zhejiang Province were studied. Results: To strengthen medical work, teaching work and talent management is the key to strengthening the quality control of imaging department. Conclusion: The hospital imaging department needs to strengthen the management system, managers should learn advanced management methods and concepts in time, the only way to adapt to the overall development of the hospital needs.
