自《劳动能力鉴定—职工工伤与职业病致残等级》(GB/T16180—2006)[1](以下简称新标准)实施以来,解决了评残工作中的许多棘手和具体的问题,为基层实际工作提供了理论依据。然而笔者在运用《新标准》实际工作中发现,《新标准》在不同专业或相同专业的伤残定级的平衡性、某些定义的文字表述的准确性等方面存在一些不规范的情况,因而特在本文中提出以便与同仁和相关专家商讨,旨在能够更好地应用
