本文从体育保健班体育教育中存在的问题出发,分析了体育教育的重要性,从确立终身特殊体育教育的制度和进行切合时宜的体育运动两个方面进行了探讨。
Based on the existing problems in physical education class, this paper analyzes the importance of physical education, discusses the establishment of the system of life-long special physical education and the timely adaptation of physical education.
