“后进生”的教育转化几乎是所有教师必须面对的一道难题。多年来,许多教育同仁对“后进生”的成因与转化对策提出了见仁见智的分析和认识,在实际工作中也取得了一定的成效,但“后进生”层出不穷、转化措施不力、转化效果不佳等问题一直困扰着教育工作者。这就需要我们树立新的理念,采取新的措施,寻求工作的新突破。
The educational transformation of “underdeveloped” is almost a problem that all teachers must face. Over the years, many education colleagues have put forward insights and understandings on the causes and conversion strategies of the “late students,” and have achieved certain results in practical work, but “last-time students” have emerged in an endless stream and have failed to implement transformation measures. Problems such as poor conversion have been plaguing educators. This requires us to establish new ideas, take new measures, and seek new breakthroughs in our work.
