徐汇区聚集疫情量化分级管理分析

目的了解上海市徐汇区2008-2010年传染病聚集疫情的特征及量化分级处置情况,为现行模式的完善提供科学依据。方法采用量化分级管理的方法处置传染病聚集疫情,描述流行病学的方法对资料进行分析。结果 2008-2010年,徐汇区共计处置传染病聚集疫情561起,涉及病例6 146例,95.72%的传染病聚集疫情发生在学校和托幼机构,55.26%的传染病聚集疫情为三级预警疫情,所有疫情均在24 h内进行调查处置,达到突发公共卫生事件级别的聚集疫情均为水痘,起数逐年降低。结论量化分级管理模式在从早、从小控制传染病聚集疫情上取得了较为显著的效果。 Objective To understand the characteristics of epidemic situation of epidemic of infectious diseases in 2008-2010 in Xuhui District, Shanghai and quantify the classification and disposal of infectious diseases, and provide a scientific basis for the perfection of the current mode. Methods The methods of quantitative management were used to deal with the epidemic situation of infectious diseases, and the epidemiological method was used to describe the data. Results From 2008 to 2010, a total of 561 infectious disease outbreaks were collected in Xuhui District, involving 6 146 cases and 95.72% of them gathered in schools and nurseries. 55.26% of them were classified as three-level early warning epidemic . All outbreaks were investigated and handled within 24 hours. All the outbreaks that reached the level of public health emergencies were chickenpox, and the number of cases dropped year by year. Conclusion The quantitative and hierarchical management model has achieved remarkable results in the epidemic of early-and small-scale control of infectious diseases.
