采用红外热成象技术实时检测了惯性摩擦焊接接头感应热处理表面温度分布的图象及其随时间的历程。通过对热图的计算机图象处理,获得了在选定感应热处理条件下的某些工艺参数,为感应器结构及感应热处理工艺的优化提供了温度分布方面的依据。
Infrared thermography was used to detect the image of surface temperature distribution of inertial friction welding joint induction heat treatment in real time and its course over time. Through the computer image processing of the heat map, some process parameters under the selected induction heat treatment conditions are obtained, and the basis of the temperature distribution is provided for the optimization of the sensor structure and the induction heat treatment process.
