乡镇党政办公室是贯通上下、衔接左右、协调业务的一个综合部门,它主要有三个职能:参与政务、管理事务、搞好服务。要履行好这三个职能,办公室工作人员必须要具备五种意识。一要具备全局意识。根据分工,办公室每个工作人员都有自己的岗位和任务,工作单一,职责分明,但由于办公室工作具有突发性、偶然性和特殊性,致使突发事件多、偶然事件多,存在着很多无定位、无定时的工作。如何做好这些工作,就需要每个工作人员从办公室的全局出发,以大局为重,分工不分家,把个人和集体、局部和全局紧密联系在一起。心往一处想,劲往一处使。只有通力协作,才能把办公室工作搞好。
