在城市快速发展逐渐转向旧城更新的背景下,具有复杂历史遗存的城市一般历史地段正面临着前所未有的保护危机。武汉六合路片历史风貌区保护与更新采用“基因.句法”的规划思想,提出“解读历史基因,构建保护句法”的规划思路,深度解读风貌区的历史文化基因,发掘、整合风貌区的文化线路,构建文化网络;在此基础上设立保护单元,建构多层级的“句法”体系保护格局;进而通过单元指标控制和后续设计引导构筑长效、活态控制引导机制。
