近年来,国外中小型内燃机的活塞裙部外形型面,多趋向制成在横截面上呈椭圆,且沿裙高椭圆形还是变化的,而在纵向上呈桶形的复杂空间曲面。但对这种曲面的具体变化规律、设计这类曲面的理论根据以及这类曲面的确切可靠、经济合理的形成加工工艺等技术关键问题,却很少报导,本文从弹性稳定理论、传热学和流体动力润滑理论的一些原则结论出发,探讨了设计这类曲面的理论根据,详细分析了这类曲面的具体变化规律和设计方法,提出了描述这类曲面的圆柱参数方程式组。
In recent years, the outer profile of the piston skirt of foreign small and medium-sized internal combustion engines tends to be made into a complex space curved surface which is oval in cross section and varies along the oval of the skirt, and is longitudinally barrel-shaped. However, it is seldom reported on the concrete variation law of this kind of surface, the theoretical basis for designing such a surface, and the key technical problems of the exact and reliable formation of such surfaces and the formation of the processing technology. This article from the theory of elastic stability, heat transfer And some principles of hydrodynamic lubrication theory, the theoretical basis for designing such a surface is discussed, and the specific variation rules and design methods of such surfaces are analyzed in detail. A set of cylindrical parametric equations describing such surfaces is proposed.
