目的观察人实体瘤组织成纤维激活蛋白α(FAPα)蛋白表达与肿瘤发生发展的关系。方法收集55例经手术切除的不同来源实体瘤组织和10例良性肿瘤组织病理标本,用免疫组织化学方法检测其中FAPα的表达,分析其与临床病例参数的关系并比较2种肿瘤组织的差异。结果实体瘤组织与良性肿瘤的FAPα表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);组织中有无淋巴结转移对FAPα强阳性表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病理分级的级别越高,肿瘤组织中FAPα的表达越强(I级vs IV级,P<0.05);不同临床分期的肿瘤组织中FAPα表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 FAPα在乳腺癌等多种实体瘤组织中存在阳性表达,且其表达水平与病例的病理分级及淋巴结转移密切相关。
Objective To observe the relationship between the expression of fibronectin α (FAPα) and tumorigenesis in human solid tumor tissues. Methods Fifty-five resected solid tumor tissues and 10 benign tumor tissue specimens were collected. The expression of FAPα was detected by immunohistochemical method. The relationship between the expression of FAPα and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed and the differences between the two tumor tissues were compared. Results There was a significant difference in FAPα expression rate between solid tumor and benign tumor (P <0.001). There was significant difference in the positive expression of FAPα between lymph node metastasis and normal tissue (P <0.05). The higher grade of pathological grading (P <0.05). The expression of FAPα in tumor tissues was significantly higher than that in tumor tissues (Grade I vs IV, P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of FAPα in tumor tissues between different clinical stages (P> 0.05). Conclusion FAPα is positively expressed in many solid tumors such as breast cancer, and its expression level is closely related to the pathological grade and lymph node metastasis.
