对36例中央型肺癌患者采用全肺切除(16例)或肺叶切除(19例),或肺叶切除加部分左心房壁切除(1例)。其中在心包内单独处理肺动脉干19例,心包内单独处理肺静脉9例,同时处理肺动、静脉8例。结果全组无死亡病例。认为心包内处理肺血管增加了肺癌晚期患者手术切除率,且可避免术中大出血,降低了手术的危险性。 Total pneumonectomy (16 cases) or lobectomy (19 cases) were performed in 36 patients with central lung cancer, or lobectomy plus partial left atrial wall excision (1 case). Among them, 19 cases of pulmonary artery were treated in pericardium alone, 9 cases of pulmonary vein were treated in pericardium alone, and 8 cases of pulmonary artery and vein were treated at the same time. Results The whole group had no deaths. That pericardial treatment of pulmonary vascular surgery increased the rate of resection of patients with advanced lung cancer, and can avoid intraoperative bleeding, reducing the risk of surgery.
