本文通过对近年来比较管理研究的发展动态进行系统地介绍、阐释和总结,较为全面地回答了比较管理学的研究对象、学科属性、演化分析范式和学科体系这些基本问题。比较管理研究对象和边界的模糊由盛而衰的根本原因。因此,本文在深刻比较“管理理论说”、“管理现象说”、“管理方式说”和“管理理论与实践说”的基础上,强调比较管理学并不简单研究处于现象层面的管理实践活动,而是要揭示具体情境下管理现象背后的运作机制和机理,比较不同情境下管理现象背后的运作机制和机理的差异性和相似性。比较管理研究的任务就是要对其研究对象做出诠释性理解和因果性说明,它是一门典型的解释性科学,其学科体系应建立在演化主义基础上。
This paper systematically introduces, explains and summarizes the development of comparative management research in recent years, and answers the basic questions such as the comparative study object, the subject property, the evolution analysis paradigm and the discipline system in a more comprehensive way.
