织金新华含稀土磷矿浮选动力学及三维图形表征

对织金新华含稀土磷矿浮选动力学进行了研究,在典型的一级浮选动力学理论模型ε=ε∞(1-e-kt)的基础上,推出磷矿反浮选速率模型ε=ε∞+(100-ε∞)e-k(t+θ),并根据动力学正交实验,采用三维表面图和等高线图对织金新华磷矿浮选动力学参数进行了表征。结果表明,反浮选速率模型能很好地描述含稀土磷矿物(以∑REO表示)和脉石矿物(以MgO表示)回收率随时间变化的规律,并以修正的浮选速率常数kmod和选择性指数SI来衡量含稀土磷矿物和脉石矿物分选效果的好坏。通过浮选正交动力学实验研究,捕收剂WF-01用量是影响∑REO修正速率常数kmod最主要的因素,而抑制剂H3PO4用量是影响选择性指数SI最主要的因素。采用三维表面图和等高线线图对两种药剂组合方式下∑REO的浮选动力学参数变化进行表征时表明,磷矿反浮选时,如捕收剂WF-01用量为0.8 kg.t-1,为获得较好的含稀土磷矿物与白云石矿物的分选效果,可适当增加抑制剂H3PO4用量。 The flotation kinetics of Xinhua REE-bearing phosphate rock was studied. Based on the typical theoretical model of first-order flotation kinetics ε = ε∞ (1-e-kt), the flotation velocity model ε = ε∞ + (100-ε∞) ek (t + θ). According to the kinetic orthogonal experiment, the three-dimensional surface maps and contour maps were used to characterize the flotation kinetic parameters. The results show that the reverse flotation rate model can well describe the regularity of the recovery rate of rare earth-bearing phosphate minerals (expressed as ΣREO) and gangue minerals (expressed as MgO), and the corrected flotation rate constant kmod And selective index SI to measure the quality of rare earth phosphate minerals and gangue minerals sorting quality. Through the experimental study of flotation orthogonal kinetics, the amount of collector WF-01 is the most important factor affecting the ΣREO correction rate constant kmod, and the dosage of inhibitor H3PO4 is the most important factor affecting the selectivity index SI. The three-dimensional surface maps and contour plots were used to characterize the variation of flotation kinetic parameters of ΣREO in the two combinations of pesticides. The results showed that the dosage of WF-01 was 0.8 kg when the flotation was reversed. t-1, in order to obtain a better separation of rare earth-containing phosphate minerals and dolomite minerals, may be appropriate to increase the amount of inhibitor H3PO4.
