在电梯安全评估的过程中发现一起制动电阻过热变形的案例,通过阐述变频器能耗制动电路的构成方式和工作原理,给出制动电阻参数的工程算法,进而分析出导致制动电阻热异常的原因,最后结合检验现场情况,提出制动电阻安装的注意事项,为制动电阻的选型和安装提供依据。
In the course of elevator safety assessment, a case of overheating of braking resistor was found out. By describing the composition and working principle of braking circuit of energy-saving inverter, an engineering algorithm of braking resistor parameters was given, The reason of the thermal anomaly, finally combined with the inspection of the scene, put forward the precautions of the brake resistor installation, provide the basis for the selection and installation of the brake resistor.
