浙江省缙云县盘溪三级水电站是盘溪6个梯级开发中最大的电站之一。设计水头200米,电站装机容量3×800千瓦,为压力隧洞和压力钢管相结合的引水式电站。压力隧洞全长360米,不衬砌段直径为2.4米,衬砌段衬砌后直径1.8米,其承受最大静水头57米。隧洞出口处设闸阀室,以下为直径80厘米的压力钢管。电站于1975年兴建,1977年9月建成发电。同年11月隧洞破裂被迫停机,于1978年5月修复后发电,运行至今已有5年,情况正常。现将隧洞修复和导致隧洞破裂的机理分析作一简单介绍。
Zhejiang Jinyun County, Panxi three hydropower station is Panxi six cascade development in one of the largest power station.
