实践教学能力是中等职业学校教师队伍素质建设的一项重要内容。针对当前中等职业学校不少教师实践教学能力弱的问题,以河南省林业学校园艺技术专业为例,从加强师资培训、整合团体智慧、加快“双师型”教师队伍建设、到企业实地锻炼、积极参与实践教学、提高教师实践性科研能力、以学生技能竞赛,带动提高教师的动手能力七个方面入手,初步探讨了提高中等职业学校教师实践教学能力的措施。
Practical teaching ability is an important part of secondary vocational school teachers’ quality construction. Aiming at the weak teaching ability of many teachers in secondary vocational schools, taking the horticulture technology specialty of forestry school in Henan Province as an example, the author tries to find out how to improve teachers’ teaching ability by strengthening teacher training, integrating the wisdom of groups, speeding up the construction of “double teacher” Training, actively participating in practical teaching, improving teachers ’practical ability of scientific research, starting with student skill competition and promoting teachers’ practical ability, and initially discussed the measures to improve the practical teaching ability of secondary vocational school teachers.
