地域文化主题酒店是主题酒店的一种,是指以酒店所在地内涵深厚的地域文化为主题的酒店。随着全球经济的快速发展,酒店行业的规模迅速扩大,但很多酒店却只是片面的追求豪华,忽略了文化竞争,也忽略了文化性的经营。除此之外,酒店发展还出现了同质化问题。伴着人们的生活水平的提高,顾客对酒店的需求点不仅仅只停留在需要一个地方居住,而是越来越注重酒店的服务和特色以及人文文化。为了解决酒店同质化问题,满足顾客更高的需求,各具特色的地域文化主题酒店应运而生。目前,国内主题酒店逐渐增多,但真正具有独特地域文化的酒店却是少之又少。所以如何发展具有独特地域文化的主题酒店成为当务之急。本篇论文通过对主题酒店国内外发展现状的研究,并结合对张掖文化主题酒店的SWOT分析,提出张掖主题酒店目前发展存在的问题,并结合存在的问题,提出合理化建议。
Regional Culture Theme Hotel is a theme hotel, refers to the hotel where the profound meaning of regional culture as the theme of the hotel. With the rapid development of the global economy, the scale of the hotel industry has rapidly expanded. However, many hotels have only one-sided pursuit of luxury, ignoring the cultural competition and ignoring the cultural management. In addition, the development of the hotel also appeared the problem of homogeneity. Accompanied by the improvement of people’s living standards, the demand for hotel customers not only stay in the need for a place to live, but more and more emphasis on hotel services and features and cultural. In order to solve the problem of hotel homogeneity, to meet the higher demand of customers, different geographical and cultural theme hotels have emerged. At present, the number of themed hotels in China is gradually increasing, but there are only a few hotels with unique geographical and cultural backgrounds. Therefore, how to develop a theme hotel with a unique geographical culture has become a top priority. Based on the research on the development status of themed hotels both at home and abroad and the SWOT analysis of the hotel in Zhangye, this paper presents the problems existing in the development of the hotel in Zhangye and proposes some reasonable suggestions based on the existing problems.
