采用SrS:Ce作为发光层制备了可用于彩色薄膜电致发光显示的较大面积的蓝色薄膜电致发光显示屏。非矩阵屏在1KHz驱动时最高亮度是900cd/m2;矩阵屏亮度为30cd/m2;矩阵面积为40mm×75mm,象元数为80×150线,象元面积为03mm×03mm。SrS:Ce蓝色发光粉是采用H2法还原SrSO4得到的。对不同的合成方法及结构,Ce3+浓度对PL性能的影响等进行了较系统的分析。
A large-area blue thin-film electroluminescent display that can be used for color thin-film electroluminescent display is prepared using SrS: Ce as a light-emitting layer. The maximum brightness of the non-matrix screen when driving at 1KHz is 900cd / m2; the brightness of the matrix screen is 30cd / m2; the matrix area is 40mm × 75mm, the number of pixels is 80 × 150 lines, the pixel area is 03mm × 03mm. SrS: Ce blue luminescent powder is obtained by H2 method to reduce SrSO4. The different synthesis methods and structures, the effect of Ce3 + concentration on PL properties were systematically analyzed.
