介绍了作者研制的一种新型智能化砂轮在线自动平衡系统。该系统以 98单片机为控制核心 ,通过检测砂轮旋转时不平衡量引起的振动信号并进行数据处理 ,由自动搜索控制算法确定不平衡量的大小 ,然后通过 98单片机双机红外遥控通信的方式 ,控制跟随砂轮高速旋转的平衡头内的平衡块移动对不平衡量进行补偿。经过初步实验表明 ,该系统显著降低了砂轮不平衡量引起的振动 ,获得了良好的平衡效果 ,并具有广阔的应用前景。
This paper introduces a new type of intelligent automatic on-line balancing system of grinding wheels developed by the author. The system takes 98 MCU as the control core and detects the vibration signal caused by unbalanced amount when the grinding wheel is rotated and performs data processing. The automatic search control algorithm determines the magnitude of the unbalance and then controls the follow-up by means of 98 single-chip dual-machine infrared remote control communication High-speed rotation of the wheel balancing head within the balance block movement to compensate for the imbalance. After preliminary experiments show that the system significantly reduces the wheel vibration caused by the imbalance, get a good balance of effect, and has broad application prospects.
