农民工是随着我国社会主义经济体制改革的不断深入发展而产生的具有中国特色的社会现象。“农民工”群体为城市高速建设提供了源源不断的劳动力资源、为农村大批剩余劳动力提供了就业机会。据有关资料统计,估计有48%的农民工从事建筑安装业。建筑工地具有集中管理、相对封闭的特点,因此建筑企业自然担负起农民工这一特殊群体尽快适应城市工作和生活节奏,促进城市建设,经济发展,社会稳定,共建和谐的义务和责任。作为拥有着庞大农民工劳动大军的建筑施工企业,如何去应对、解决好农民工问题呢?首先,承认建筑农民工对城市建设作出巨大贡献,然后正视农民工自身存在的弱点和缺陷。企业领导深入农民工生产和生活的第一线,及时、全面、真实地掌握建筑农民工生存现状和物资、精神需求;分析研究农民工社会问题的深层次动因和问题发展过程,打好建筑企业农民工管理工作的基础,对农民工热情关爱,引导农民工共建和谐。
