一、教育以学生为本的思想密切了老师与学生的关系1.学生受到更多关注。高中阶段是一个人成长的黄金期,高中学生的心理处于半成熟、半幼稚的状态。小班化教育能更好地培养孩子树立正确的人生观和价值观。例如很多有经验的老师都开展了梦想激励活动,让每一个高中学生从自身实际出发,写出自己的梦想,并阐述自己为之努力的方向。这样的活动使高中学生主动学习意识得到加强,自信心得到提升,让老师更容易了解自己学生的特点,学生在梦想实现的过程中老师还可以起到引导监督的作用。
